We’re always here to support the RAF family in their hour of need. But without people leaving us gifts in their will, much of what we do would not be possible.
We generously received over £7 million from gifts in wills in 2011 – that's nearly 70% of our donations. So please consider leaving the RAF Benevolent Fund a gift in your will - your generosity will make a real difference to the RAF family.

Who will benefit
You’ll probably never meet the people who will benefit from a gift in your will but they’re part of the family because they’re RAF.
Supporting each other through life’s challenges is what family is all about, and that’s what the RAF Benevolent Fund does for the RAF family.
Your gift could come to the rescue of an RAF veteran in desperate need, someone who has been disabled in the line of duty, or a young RAF family to whom the worst has happened.
Your gift will make a difference
Your gift will make a significant difference no matter how large or small. One in three people who turn to us for help owe the support they receive to the kindness of those who left the RAF Benevolent Fund a gift in their wills.
That means we supported more than 20,000 member of the RAF family though gifts from wills in 2011.
It could be providing much needed support for the widow and family of an RAF reservist killed in Afghanistan, providing support to a veteran of the Second World War, or helping a young airman injured in Afghanistan.
