We have three homes, owned jointly with RAFA, available for short welfare breaks.
These three homes provide welfare breaks to about 3,000 people every year.

Flowerdown House
Flowerdown House is an elegant Victorian house situated on the seafront at Weston-super-Mare, close to local beauty spots. It provides short term care as well as an independent apartment for use by younger RAF couples or families.

Richard Peck House
Richard Peck House is situated just 100 yards from the seafront at Lytham St Annes, close to the North West's major attractions, such as Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Guests are guaranteed a memorable visit and the opportunity of making new friends.

Rothbury House
Rothbury House is situated in the Northumbrian countryside, in the north east of England. The original house dates back to 1879 and has been sympathetically modernised to provide a high standard of accommodation and facilities. The house is set in beautiful terraced gardens that lead down to the river Coquet, with views towards the Simonside Hills.
Short term care is available as well as apartments for RAF couples or families in need of a short welfare break.
