Overview
The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund own and operate their own short-term respite care home, Princess Marina House, at Rustington, West Sussex.

Set in spacious grounds on the foreshore at Rustington in West Sussex, Princess Marina House was at one time the Newton Driver Services Club. In 1969 the house was bequeathed to the RAF Benevolent Fund by Mrs Newton Driver, whose generous endowment enabled the Fund to provide residential and short-term care for former members of the RAF and their dependants. Princess Marina House has recently been beautifully refurbished and provides comfortable and well appointed accommodation in a superb coastal location.
The home offers short recuperative or respite breaks to serving or ex-serving members of the RAF family, their spouses and adult dependants. The home has a tranquil yet stimulating atmosphere, with a variety of social activities available. The Service background shared by our guests creates a common bond of friendship and community spirit.
