Authorisation

I authorise the Royal Air Force to deduct a contribution from my pay at a rate equivalent to 64% of the one day's basic pay, less additional pay, in twelve [12] instalments a year. The sum deducted is to be credited to the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund through agents appointed by the Ministry of Defence.
