The world's greatest half marathon takes you from Newcastle to South Shields. Don't just take it from us – 20 Olympic Gold medallists have taken part in this awesome run so that's got to be the best recommendation!
The Red Arrows will fly overhead as you cross over the Tyne Bridge which certainly adds a little extra when running in your RAF Benevolent Fund vest.
The course takes in the iconic Tyne Bridge, the famous Gateshead International Stadium, and finishes in the coastal town of South Shields. Live music, on-course refreshments and thousands of cheering supporters keep runners motivated every step of the way.
In return for your support you will receive:
- a guaranteed place in the event
- a fundraising toolkit to give you ideas on how to reach your target
- support from your local regional fundraiser to help you with your fundraising and answer any questions about the event
- a bespoke RAF Benevolent Fund running vest.
