The Virgin Money London Marathon is top of most people's running bucket lists! The iconic race starts in Blackheath and takes you passed such famous London landmarks as Cutty Sark, Tower of London and Houses of Parliament before finishing in front of Buckingham Palace.
The RAF Benevolent Fund has one charity place for the 2021 event for which we will be taking applications until Friday 22 January 2021 and will let applications know by Friday 29 January 2021 if they have been successful. We will be basing our decision on who has the most robust plans to fundraise so please complete our application form providing as much detail as you can.
If you have applied for a ballot place for the race please let us know if you are successful in securing a place so that we can remove you from our applications. We would of course be delighted to support you with your fundraising through your ballot place.
In return for your support you will receive:
- a fundraising toolkit to give you ideas on how to reach your target
- support from your local Regional Fundraiser to help you with your fundraising and answer any questions about the event
- a bespoke RAF Benevolent Fund t-shirt and running vest.
