Getting away from the stresses and strains of daily life can make a difference in anyone's life. But during those times when you are experiencing unusually difficult challenges, a break can make all the difference in being able to carry on and cope.
Or perhaps you are caring for a family member at home, which can be demanding and put pressure on your relationship.
Taking a welfare break can give you some time for rest and recuperation.
There are a number of ways we may be able to help you and your family get the break you need.
Seaside cottages and apartments
We have two cottages and two new apartments on the South Coast that are available for RAF couples and families. They are perfect for a short break or family holiday.
RAF Disabled Holiday Trust
The RAF Disabled Holiday Trust can help pay for your holiday in the UK or abroad if you or your dependants have a severe disability.
Douneside House in Aberdeenshire offers discounted breaks for Service personnel. The house is set in magnificent countryside and has a gym, swimming pool, spa and sauna. Douneside House is owned by the MacRobert Trust.
