Ben Elephant

The RAF Benevolent would like to introduce you to a very special friend of ours – Ben Elephant.

Ben Elephant is pictured here shortly after his arrival at RAF Brize Norton along with some of the RAF Falcons and two of the RAFBF Wales and West team Simon Footer and Cerys Truman.

Ben Elephant is our very own mascot and like us he never forgets the RAF family.

Ben Elephant has recently joined us from way up high in the clouds - in fact he parachuted in with the RAF Falcons during one of their display practices. We are grateful to them for finding him!

Ben Elephant realises that his help is needed now more than ever so he has agreed to join us at some of the many events we attend throughout the summer. Ben Elephant really doesn't like the rain so fingers crossed that the sun is shining at all of the events he plans to attend.

Ben Elephant is excited to help us tell everyone about the good work that the RAFBF does and he is looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible this year. If you are lucky he may even show you his signature dance moves and pose for a photograph with you!

You can learn more about Ben Elephant and where he is going to be appearing by following Ben on Twitter. Over the coming months we will be sharing his adventures with you along with more fascinating facts about him.

We hope that you will all join us in welcoming Ben Elephant and would love to see your photographs of you meeting him. Please do share them on our Facebook page.

Thank you!
