Comic creators InkShot.com are raising money for the RAF Benevolent Fund through a new comic series that chronicles the lives of various World War I pilots.
The comic 'International Aces' was an idea that was thought up four years ago by the Inkshot.com team. There are four comic books in the series, each one telling the true life stories of heroes that served in World War I.
InkShot.com is supporting the RAF Benevolent Fund because many of the 14 ACE pilots covered in the series flew in the Royal Flying Corp, which was the forerunner to the RAF.
The company will be donating £1.50 on each International Aces book sold, and also collecting donations at various air shows this year.
The Inkshot.com website is also currently offering a discount on comic sales as a celebration of their support for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
