We are pleased to provide grants directly to RAF stations to further enhance our welfare provision to the RAF family.
Do you have a welfare project or initiative in mind that you think we could fund? Is there something missing on your station that would help improve morale or welfare? If so, contact us today to see how we could support you financially through the RAF Station Grants Programme. We are able to provide funding grants directly to Royal Air Force stations for eligible projects or initiatives.
Grants can be used for larger projects such as capital works like building refurbishments such as a JR's Welfare hub or as more recently demonstrated, specific schemes such as financially supporting Station Families Days or parenting/play schemes.

Mental Health First Aid
We understand that Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training provides the basis for increased mental health awareness and resilience amongst RAF serving personnel, RAF veterans and their families throughout the UK.
We have, therefore, been liaising closely with the RAF’s Stress Management & Resilience Training (SMARRT) Team and have agreed to provide support to RAF Stations and Units with the reimbursement of the costs to purchase their MHFA training course manuals; which will be distributed to eligible attendees at training courses. We can also, in some circumstances, consider a financial contribution towards the training of additional MHFA Instructors at RAF stations.
