Three different types of accommodation
Personal care and support is delivered to guests in these rooms.
The guests are able to enjoy all the facilities, activities and outings of the main house, in the secure knowledge that their care needs can be met by our highly skilled staff .
There is a variety of twin and single rooms in the Marina, so couples need not be separated.
The ground floor rooms are known as 'the Dunes' and are allocated to guests who do not require care support, but come for a welfare and social break.
Care will not be delivered on this floor, but guests are supported by the hotel services team.
We have recently opened Beachside, a new wing for those members of the RAF Family with mild cognitive impairments and early dementia.
The accommodation in Beachside consists of nine single rooms and one twin room. In addition there is a designated lounge and a dining and activity room.
There are specific activities and outings for guests in Beachside, and guest are also supported in activities inside the house.
The lounge, dining room and bar are open for use by all guests in the house, and those guests staying in Beachside will be given appropriate support when using them.
Our dining room, where there's always a pleasant hubbub at mealtime, serves delicious home-cooked meals prepared by our own chefs.
Princess Marina House has three lounges.
The main lounge offers panoramic views of the sea and gardens and is an ideal place to chat with fellow guests over a glass of wine or beer.
The Beachside lounge is located on the first floor. It is a peaceful space for a quiet read, doing crafts or sharing tea with friends.
Alternatively, you may wish to choose a film from our extensive library of popular DVDs and watch it on the widescreen TV.
Our third lounge is the pavilion, at the end of the garden on the promenade overlooking the sea. With plenty of sunny and shady seating areas, you can watch the tide roll in, the dog walkers passing-by or enjoy a book.
Our beautiful gardens are fully wheelchair accessible and lead right down to the beach.
