    RAF Waddington opens new community centre play park transformed by £96k refurb

    On 28 September, RAF Waddington opened its new community centre. Named after Aircraftwoman Pip Beck, a WAAF radio operator during the Second World War, the Pip Beck Centre will significantly enhance welfare and community provision at the station.

    RAF children served up an ace day out at Wimbledon

    Airplay members from four RAF stations were guests of honour at The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) recently, as part of their summer activities. The youngsters, aged between 10 and 14, were treated to a coaching session led by Wimbledon's head coach as well as a behind the scenes tour of No.1 Court.
