2024 Serving Breaks application form

This form is for serving RAF people applying for a break with their families between July and October 2024 ONLY. Applications for February to June 2024 are now closed. The form will take a few minutes to complete. Other types of assistance can be accessed by speaking with your unit welfare team.

 

It is important to provide us with proof of RAF service to enable us to process your application. Please attach your proof of RAF service.
