2026 Serving Breaks application form

This form is for serving RAF people applying for a break with their families for 20 March and from 15 May to 26 June ONLY. The form will take a few minutes to complete. Other types of assistance can be accessed by speaking with your unit welfare team.

 

It is important to provide us with proof of RAF service to enable us to process your application. Please attach your proof of RAF service.
