Without doubt Christmas 2020 will be like no other for many of the RAF Family, living under Covid-19 restrictions. The RAF Benevolent Fund has a number of welfare services for those struggling during the Christmas break.

The Fund's 24-hour emotional support helpline is available every day of the year via 0800 1116 387.

For those seeking relationship support, provided in partnership with Relate, the phone lines are open weekdays except for closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. They are available on 01302 347476.

For older members of the RAF Family, the Silverline helpline is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 0800 470 8090.

If you are currently receiving counselling via the RAF Benevolent Funds Listening and Counselling service, you are able to contact Wellbeing Solutions Management on 020 7708 5000, apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Please note the support@rafbf.org.uk inbox and support helpline 0300 222 5703 will be closed from 24 December to 4 January.
