On 20 September 2025, Flight Lieutenant Mark Buxton completed the Ben Nevis Skyline run to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.The challenge involved an 18-mile-high mountain race over Ben Nevis with 5500ft of climb and descent. 
As well as support to individuals we are pleased to be able to provide financial support directly to RAF stations and units to further enhance the welfare provision available to them.
