On 23 September, Elizabeth Williams completed the Hever Castle triathlon raising money for the Fund in memory of her late father who was an RAF serviceman.
On Saturday 2 September, 111 adults and 31 children took part in the Ulster 5K and 1.5K Children’s race held at the Coleraine campus of Ulster University.
The RAF Benevolent Fund’s very own member of staff took on the world’s biggest half marathon, the Great North Run which took place on 10 September 2023.
