If you require advice and support during this time please contact Veterans’ Gateway on 0808 802 1212 who are available 24/7. If you find yourself struggling or think it would be helpful to have someone to talk to, we have a 24 hour wellbeing support line where you can speak to a trained counsellor. We will attempt to contact your client on three occasions. If we are unable to contact them by the third occasion, we will make no further contact. We may not be able to provide ongoing updates on the progress of your referral.
