Declaration

By completing this form, I confirm that I agree to the following:

1. By taking part in this event I pledge to raise a minimum of £15 for the RAF Benevolent Fund and to cover any shortfall myself.

2. I confirm I am over 14 years of age on the date of the event / I confirm I am under 14 on the date of the event and have a parent or guardian willing to complete to course with me.

3. I acknowledge that I am taking part in this event at my own risk and that the RAF Benevolent Fund will not be held responsible for any injury or illness resulting from my participation in the event. I will undertake suitable training and consult my doctor if I have any health concerns. I confirm I am fit and healthy enough to complete the event safely.
