Tough Mudder 2026
Support the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund by taking part in a Tough Mudder at multiple locations throughout the UK through our charity places. Take on a Tough Mudder during 2026 and help ensure no serving personnel, veteran or family member faces adversity alone.
Tough Mudder creates hardcore obstacle courses designed to test your all-around strength, stamina, and mental grit. With the most innovative 5K & 15K courses and millions of participants worldwide to date, it is the premier challenge series in the world. This isn’t just an event – It’s a calling. Do you have what it takes?

9th and 10th May – Culden Faw, Fawley, Henley on Thames,
6th June – Hopetoun Estate, Queensferry, Scotland
4th and 5th July – Belvoir Castle, Lincolnshire
25th and 26th July – Broughton Hall, Skipton, Yorkshire
15th August – Badminton Estate, South Gloucestershire
19th and 20th September – Holmbush Estate, Faygate, West Sussex
10th and 11th October – The Cheshire County Showground, Cheshire

Minimum fundraising target: £300
Charity places: These are limited, we encourage early registration. To secure your place, please email: challenge@rafbf.org.uk.
In return for your support you will receive:
- A vibrant branded running vest or top.
- Support from your local regional fundraiser with your fundraising and to answer any questions about the event.
- You'll receive a personalised post event thank you.

What your fundraising could achieve
- £100 could help provide emergency household support for a family facing sudden financial hardship.
- £250 could contribute towards specialist mobility equipment that restores independence.
- £500 could help fund counselling sessions for a serving family member struggling with their mental health.
Got a place already?
If you have your own place at a Tough Mudder. you can still be part of Team RAF Benevolent Fund. There is no minimum fundraising target, so you can just set up a fundraising page with us raising funds for the RAFBF.
