We are delighted to have worked with singer-songwriter Chris Eaton on the charity single, 1914 – The Carol of Christmas. The song celebrates the power of Christmas to bring peace in the midst of war and commemorates those who fought in World War One.
It features an ensemble of military voices and soloists including Flight Lieutenant Matt Little, Abby Scott and twelve-year-old Canterbury Cathedral chorister and BBC Radio 2's Young Chorister of the Year Finalist William Inscoe who are accompanied by the RAF Spitfire Choir, one of the RAF's top vocal groups.
Chris, who wrote the 1990 Christmas hit 'Saviour's Day', composed the song alongside Judd Field.
100% of the profits from the sale of the recording will be going to the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund (50%), The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (25%), and ABF The Soldiers' Charity (25%).
