Family Wellbeing Workshops for serving members of the RAF and their partners

Our Growing up in the RAF research found that life with a parent serving in the RAF has its positives. It can be fun and exciting, and children and young people are often really proud of their parents. At the same time, our research showed that having a parent in the RAF can be sad, hard and worrying for children and young people. They experience added stresses, especially in relation to deployment and frequent home moves. It can also be really hard to be a parent, especially when your child might be having a tough time.
