On Sunday 17 August, a team of four serving RAF personnel took part in a six-hour skateboarding challenge to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.

Last month, a team of RAF veterans and park runners completed the Somme Poppy Run to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.

The Banham Foundation has awarded the RAF Benevolent Fund with a grant for £10,000 to support RAF veterans attending Group Friendship Breaks.

On 18 August 2025, Jacob Newson, known as Jacob the Pilot, will take on a 200km cycle ride and wild camp across Germany to raise money for the Fund.

On 28 July 2025, RAF serviceman Al Peirce will be completing a swim of the English Channel to raise money for the Fund.
