On Thursday 17 October, The Duke of Kent met with beneficiaries, staff and supporters of the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund hosted by the RAF Museum in Hendon.

On Sunday 13 October, fundraiser and RAF veteran David Cumberland took part in the Leicester Half Marathon to raise money for the Fund.

Three RAF servicemen took on the 24-hour Pen-Y-Fan Challenge climbing the highest peak in Wales to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
